Responsibilities:
- Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
- Apply paint, varnish, stain or other coatings using brushes and rollers
- Applying base and finished grade coatings and to make drywall repairs
- Following safety guidelines and using protective gear when required
- Working on ladders or scaffolding to reach high areas
- Perform touch-ups and small item painting using brushes or rollers
- Effective paint storage throughout projects and after job completion for future use
- Clean work areas and equipment as needed
- Collaborate with carpenters to build and repair structures as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid G Drivers Licenses
- Up-to-date Working at Heights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Works well in a team environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude
