Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills including oral, written and computer skills (Estimation programs, Microsoft Office and email procedures)
• Must have tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem solve
• Valid G license is mandatory

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Attend site to review issues at customer request. Provide required replacement/repair recommendations and pricing.
• Attend site meetings and quality assurance checks when needed
• Generate new business
• Prepare roof inspections complete with reports
• Perform a key role in planning and implementing and improving current estimating process
• Communicate effectively with all personnel responsible for completing various phases of the project.
• Stay updated on current roofing material pricing
• Tracking of project schedules and ensuring projects are completed on time
• Ability to provide simultaneous support for needs across multiple projects in various phases
• Site visits/quality assurance checks
• Ensure that all quotes and reports are looked over and accurate before sending out to customers
